The ‘foundation’ property includes the birth house and
first house of the late Tom Watson. The property is the headquarters of
the Watson-Brown Foundation. This six acre facility is open to the public
and was designed to be an invitation to enjoy and learn about the Watson-Brown
Foundation and its mission commitment to education. In addition to the
two historic buildings, this property includes two ornamental garden pools,
three ornamental ponds, an outdoor cooking pavilion, a restroom facility,
a gazebo shelter and parking.
